We recommend 2-4 oz per person, depending on how much you expect each person to consume and the mix of other food being offered at the event. Serving estimates:
  • 2 pound platter serves 8 (4 oz each) to 16 (2 oz each)
  • 3 pound platter serves 12 (4 oz each) to 24 (2 oz each)
